Adrien Harding, Owner 

After over twelve years in the events industry, high quality event planning comes naturally to Adrien. After graduating from Grand Valley State University with a major in Advertising and Public Relations and Business minor, Adrien joined Fredrik Meijer Gardens as an event coordinator where she planned over seven hundred events during her five year career.  In 2011 Adrien founded Preferred Planning, a small event company in Grand Rapids, while still working full time as an event coordinator at a local country club in Grand Rapids. Seven years later, the opportunity to expand and purchase RSVP events emerged in the spring of 2017.  After adding over thirty events to the RSVP calendar in her first six months, Adrien continues to put her expertise to work as the primary coordinator for RSVP events.




Kaci, designer + Coordinator

Kaci has always felt a call to the creative world even at a young age. She always loved design, events and was always the first to jump at helping plan a party or design a wedding! After graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelors degree in Interior Design she felt that she was missing the event side of life, so she decided to combine her interior design degree and organizational skills with my love for events. She began assisting event coordinators for day of planning/set - up and the occasional design layout when needed. She claims "event’s and Interiors really do go hand in hand; from the initial planning, concept and decor to selecting the perfect invitation!" No detail is too small and she loves making this process fun for the client and surprising them with a flawless final product! 


Sam, Event Coordinator 

Samantha graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She's worked in the events industry for 10 years. Past positions include; event coordinator for a catering company, sales manager at a resort and is currently the event coordinator at Founders Brewing Co. where she's been for the past 3 years. She and Adrien have worked for the past 6 years and is a great asset to the RSVP team! In her free time she loves spending time with her family, recharging with a cup of tea, good book or classic movie, and traveling.  


Michele, Event Coordinator

Based in Grand Rapids, Michele Ross is a full-service event coordinator, with more than twenty years experience in corporate, social, and live events. She is a detailed-oriented professional with a calm presence, who has worked across the nation, and internationally.  An engaging communicator skilled in managing multiple projects with acute attention to detail, Michele is also passionate about the customer experience.  Off the clock, Michele enjoys entertaining and traveling with her husband and corgi.
