Kaci brander, designer + Coordinator
Kaci has always felt a call to the creative world even at a young age. She always loved design, events and was always the first to jump at helping plan a party or design a wedding! After graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelors degree in Interior Design she felt that she was missing the event side of life, so she decided to combine her interior design degree and organizational skills with my love for events. She began assisting event coordinators for day of planning/set - up and the occasional design layout when needed. She claims "event’s and Interiors really do go hand in hand; from the initial planning, concept and decor to selecting the perfect invitation!" No detail is too small and she loves making this process fun for the client and surprising them with a flawless final product!
Samantha Hendricks, Event Coordinator
Samantha graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She's worked in the events industry for 10 years. Past positions include; event coordinator for a catering company, sales manager at a resort and is currently the event coordinator at Founders Brewing Co. where she's been for the past 3 years. She and Adrien have worked for the past 6 years and is a great asset to the RSVP team! In her free time she loves spending time with her family, recharging with a cup of tea, good book or classic movie, and traveling.
Lorie Peterson, designer + Event Assistant
Lorie has been with RSVP for just year now. With her great organizational skills, most of her work is behind the scenes with inventory preparation, setups, and tear downs. Having her own wedding coming up this October, she's been able to work her talents and assist at some of our larger events more recently. Lorie has also been playing her harp at wedding ceremonies, receptions, and other events for fifteen years. She's has a great personality and is a hard worker, perfect for our team!
Lori Bloodworth, Event Coordinator
Lori began her career in event planning in 2007. Pursuing various positions in hotel sales, catering, banquets and restaurants over the last nine years, After moving to Grand Rapids in 2012, she began working at Thousand Oaks Golf Club, where she was first introduced to RSVP events. During that time she also did freelance consulting and helped coordinate nearly a dozen weddings. RSVP events jumped at inviting Lori to join the team in March of 2016. She brings an energetic spirit, fresh outlook on planning, and a true passion for events. When she's not working, you can find her at a local brewery or on the golf course. She also has a serious love of sweet treats and sports.
Michele Ross, Event Coordinator
Based in Grand Rapids, Michele Ross is a full-service event coordinator, with more than twenty years experience in corporate, social, and live events. She is a detailed-oriented professional with a calm presence, who has worked across the nation, and internationally. An engaging communicator skilled in managing multiple projects with acute attention to detail, Michele is also passionate about the customer experience. Off the clock, Michele enjoys entertaining and traveling with her husband and corgi.
